Robin Lamar is the founder of RLamar and Company.
The mission of RLamar and Company is to provide innovative, cost-effective, dynamic programs that integrate diverse populations within work and educational environments.
RLamar&Co. works with established companies and colleges to evaluate the total shop, office, factory, or academic program environment and takes them beyond mere compliance with technology, program and maintenance standards into real productivity and harmony, using low tech to achieve high results.
Robin Lamar has special expertise working with attracting women to vocational education programs. She herself holds airframe and powerplant maintenance certificates and worked for 16 years maintaining jets for a major airline.
She is also the former President of AWAM, the Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance.
She has a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from California State University, Northridge, with a specialty in applied anthropology.
